
Cox, John K.
John K. Cox (PhD, Indiana University, History, 1995) is professor of history and department head at North Dakota State University in Fargo. He specializes in the intellectual history of Central Europe and the Balkans in the 19th and 20th centuries, has published studies in Slovene and Serbian history, and translated literature by Danilo Kiš, Vjenceslav Novak, Ivan Cankar, Ismail Kadare, and Joseph Roth. In the fall of 2014 he will be a Fulbright lecturer at the University of Szeged.Essays
